Kitchens and baths
The most common job we take and the one most likely to go sideways when it is run loosely. Cabinets, tile, plumbing and electrical coordinated on one schedule.

Adding square footage or reworking what is already there. This is where permitting and structural work decide the timeline, so we sort both before we quote.

Detached structures where the slab, the doors and the utility runs are the whole job. Straightforward to price and quick to schedule.

Everything that has to survive a Teton winter. Material choice matters more here than anywhere else on the house.

Light commercial
Tenant finishes and small commercial buildouts where the landlord deadline is the real constraint. We build to the date on the lease.

The work another contractor left unfinished, or the thing that failed and needs somebody this month. Priced hourly or fixed, your call.

What we do not do
Being honest about this saves everybody time.
Ground up custom homes over $1M. There are builders in both valleys who have done that for thirty years. We are not going to pretend we are one of them.
Jobs under about $15,000. A one day handyman call does not need a general contractor and you should not pay for one.
Design from scratch. We build from plans. If you do not have them yet we will tell you which architects and designers in town are worth your time.
